Refund policy

Return window. You can return a physical product within 14 days of delivery.

Conditions. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, with the seal intact. For hygiene reasons, mouth tapes, nose tapes and pimple patches can only be returned if the pack is sealed and unopened. Jaw trainers can only be returned unused.

How to return. Email support@aesthetic-lab.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We reply within 2 business days with the return instructions and address. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or the wrong item was sent.

Refunds. Once the return is received and checked, the refund is issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

Damaged or wrong items. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We replace the item or refund it in full, shipping included.

Warranty. The JAWESTHETIC® 3.0 jawline trainer comes with a 1-year free replacement warranty: if it fails under normal use within 12 months, we send a new one. Email support@aesthetic-lab.com with your order number and a photo.

Digital products. Because access is immediate, digital protocols are not refundable once the access link has been opened, except where required by law.
