Shipping policy

Processing. Orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday to Friday, excluding US holidays).

Delivery. Orders ship from the United States and are delivered in 3 to 5 business days. Delivery times and costs are shown at checkout before payment.

Tracking. A tracking link is sent by email as soon as the order ships. If you have not received it within 2 business days, write to support@aesthetic-lab.com with your order number.

Address. Please check your address at checkout. Orders returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address can be reshipped at the customer's cost.

Digital products. Protocols and digital systems are delivered instantly after checkout: the access link appears on the order confirmation page and is emailed to you. Nothing physical ships for those items.
