2. Products. We sell physical products (jawline trainers, mouth tapes, nose tapes, pimple patches) and digital products (protocols, blueprints and systems delivered as online access). Product photos are illustrative; minor variations can occur.

3. Prices and payment. Prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout, taxes included where applicable, shipping excluded unless stated. Payment is taken at the time of order through the payment methods displayed at checkout.

4. Orders. An order is confirmed by email. We can refuse or cancel an order in case of payment issues, suspected fraud, stock errors or an obvious pricing error; in that case you are refunded in full.

6. Use of the products. Physical products are for personal use by adults. Follow the instructions supplied with each product and stop using it if you feel pain or irritation. Jaw trainers are not suitable under the age of 14; mouth tapes must not be used with a blocked nose, after drinking alcohol, or by people with a breathing or sleep condition without medical advice.

7. Digital content. Digital protocols are educational content about habits, grooming, training and presentation. They are not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Access is personal and non-transferable; sharing, reselling or republishing the content is prohibited.

8. Results. Results depend on your starting point and consistency. Photos and testimonials on the site show individual outcomes and are not a guarantee.

9. Liability. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
